Synopsis of Carson:

It has always been thought, people diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) are born without emotions and feelings. They were a bit like Spock from Star Trek ̶ analytical and logical. To the world, it seems, they can’t love, and in turn, they can’t care for anyone. People with ASD make the best assassins.

Carolyn Johnston, the eight-year-old daughter of the recently deceased prostitute Freda Johnston, finds herself a captive of the men who murdered her mother. As fate would have it, her life now depends on an assassin with ASD.

His name is Carson.

About the Author:

I’ve been lucky to be with Seventh Star Press (SSP) for five years. Stephen and Holly are beautiful people, as are all the members of the SSP family. My first novel in the SSP franchise, Tybee Island H-Bomb, won the 2020 Imadjinn Award for the best thriller. Since then, we’ve come out with two sequels, Death of Innocence, and Phantom of the Circus.

My wife of thirty years next February, Stephanie, and I live in Owensboro, Kentucky. Owensboro is a small town on the Ohio River in the western part of the state. We have five kids and ten grandkids, with a new one on the way. I mustn’t forget Tony, our pound puppy. Okay, he weighs in at fifty pounds, so I wouldn’t necessarily call him a puppy. The point is, I don’t want to leave him out. The last time I did, he pouted for over a week.

Synopsis of Bladespell:

On the east coast of antediluvian Africa, the warrior Rogan escapes the gallows via the magicks of a wizard. She professes to be the spirit of Jezebel Lilith, a mage that has traveled back in time to learn the location of an enchanted sword.

Thinking her mad, Rogan tries to find his partner on his journey, the spearman Thyssen. Learning Thyssen has been sold up the river to be part of a sacrifice at the temple of Dagon, Rogan vows to free him.

Rogan is accompanied by Lilith and her group of warriors, along with a shaman from the gallows, Oliver Haddo, who also claims to be from the future.

Upriver at the temple of Dagon, as a volcano rumbles, Rogan encounters wizards and others seeking to trigger a terror that will create children to guard the sleeping place afar off at R’lyeh for their god, Cthulhu.

A tale of action, twisted wizards, and Lovecraft mythos, BLADESPELL shows that sometimes those that manipulate others often get more than they bargained for.

Synopsis of Darkness Enthroned:

In the heart of a frigid northern winter, Rayden Valkyrie takes refuge in the lands of the Sarvan people when a mounted column of Attun warriors is seen passing along the outskirts of their territory heading west.

Far from their steppe domain in the east, the Attun warriors are journeying into a remote, unpopulated wilderness, drawing great alarm from the Sarvans about their purpose. Learning of the situation, Rayden joins with a band of warriors from the area’s villages to investigate.

Following the tracks of the Attun warriors, they are led to the base of an enormous, ancient burial mound, where the trail vanishes abruptly. A mystery looms, and Rayden seeks to discover the nature of the burial mound and the reason why the Attuns have traveled so far from their homelands to enter it.

Darkness Enthroned is a stand-alone adventure that is part of the Rayden Valkyrie Tales.

Synopsis of When The Cold Breathes:

A season of great peril has fallen upon them. A fearsome predator stalks and hunts the settlers in the deep snows. As the deaths mount and terror spreads among the populace, Ragnar’s help is sought to confront the unknown menace.

Taking up his legendary axe Raven Caller, Ragnar heads into the falling snows. He will soon find that the myths told in the region have more than a little truth dwelling within them.

What lies in the cold embrace of death and darkness can awaken, breathe, and gaze through eyes of spectral light.

Synopsis of Across Desert Plains:

Only the foolish deem the desolate places of the world truly abandoned.

Journeying to the Kingdom of Thrakkia, Rayden Valkyrie encounters a large contingent of nomadic Barradans. Knowing the routes through the great desert expanses and the numerous dangers encountered within them, the rugged tribal people are also hospitable to strangers and they welcome her among them.

Heading westward to avoid becoming swept up in the ambitions of a bloodthirsty desert warlord, the Barradans have only one other individual among them who is not a member of their tribe; an enigmatic Hebrennan elder.

Mysteries soon unfold, and Rayden’s own life will teeter on the edge of an abyss.

Where no man or woman dwells, things with darker intentions and ravenous hungers can set root, grow, and cast a deepening shadow across desert plains.

Across Desert Plains is a stand-alone novella that is part of the Rayden Valkyrie Tales.

Synopsis of Tears in the Snow:

Howling winds carry promises of doom across the far north where a jarl’s people are falling prey to a horrific plight.

Chilling tales describing hordes of ravenous wolves falling upon homesteads and slaughtering every living thing, including men, women, children, and livestock, are not the worst of it. Rumors and sightings speak of a greater intelligence guiding the terrifying onslaught.

With his great war axe Raven Caller in hand, Ragnar Stormbringer and a small band of mercenaries are among the few willing to tread into the perilous lands.

Using wit, courage, and strength, Ragnar will soon discover that tears in the snow are the seeds of dark, powerful mysteries waiting to be unraveled.

Synopsis of Weight of Thought:

This compendium is a collection of poems written throughout a decade. It is, essentially, a journey through a young man’s life during that time. From late High School years and well into adulthood, including all the ups and downs that those years gave him.

The hope with this book is to give others a peek into a struggling mind, but also to hopefully interpret each poem for themselves. Most of the writings in this book were not meant to have a singular meaning or purpose. They were written without planning, without forethought, just the emotion and thoughts he had in the moment.

Pure, genuine, emotional.

Abou tthe Author:

Noah Wieczorek started his journey in a small, humble town called Vevay, located in the southeastern part of Indiana. Over the years he has traveled the world, lived in many different places across the states, but has found some footing around the Lexington area of Kentucky. He is there with his girlfriend and her two cats, who definitely keep him on his toes.

He never thought of ever becoming a writer, but he always enjoyed making poetry. The spark that ignited that passion was music, which motivated him to attend online courses at Full Sail University for Music Production.
Throughout the years he has written many poems, most of which are in this compendium. In a sense, he has been chronicling his journey with the writings. His first poem to be published was written in High School and is in the Library of Congress, as part of a nationwide contest.

Noah enjoys writing poetry, playing video games and Dungeons & Dragons with his friends, spending time with his lovely girlfriend, and bringing joy and peace to the world.
